"HORRIBLE spa service and customer service. I had them service 5 hot tubs in town for my Airbnb’s - there was not one week the spas were serviced or cleaned to minimum standards without my having to call to complain. Every property they spent less than 4 minutes getting out of their van, getting equipment walking to back yard, unlocking gate, dropping 2-3 tabs in water and walking back out. After weeks of silt and sand on bottom of hot tubs - (manager Taylor always said it was some excuse- cover must have been off, maybe there were too many guests, and on and on….) I finally looked at security cameras and realized their lead tech NEVER BROUGHT A VACUUM- Taylor finally came clean and said his tech didn’t own a vacuum and he was surprised as well- WHAT?? This is the guy who kept telling me he manages all the cleaners and does spot checks on the hot tubs after service? Taylor made several excuses- it’s too hard for him to carry, vacuums don’t work that good anyways, than he made a big deal about how he bought his tech a vacuum to do his job (I spent a few hundred dollars getting him a vacuum….) The straw that broke the camels back is that i again had to complain about water level not filled, dirt on the bottom etc…. And they finally came clean this last time that the tech for the day was a fill in who never cleaned spas before….. Lastly I am disputing my final bill but they pulled my CC information for another bill I paid and charged my CC without my authorization…. Mohave Mist and Spa- I told them they need to change their name since they can’t simply just clean a spa- I moved all my hot tub service to Everclear here in town- Everclear has their act together, are honest and they just get the job done. I don’t have to call them to complain….. stay away from these clowns….."
