Rice Ranch RV Park

"Spaces are large, the park is clean, and the owners are amazing! This is a great location to stay for the sellarama, gem shows, and Kraft exposés that they have in January and February. We have decided to make this our regular go-to! One of the best things about this park is that it includes water, electric and sewage along with daily trash pickups as long as you leave it outside your spot near your spot. Next year they will have the laundry facilities built and then following that might not be completed until the following year, yet, it will be the restrooms and showers. It's not that big of a deal now because sewage and water are presently included in many of the spaces."

"At 57.00 per night, its just too expensive for an asphalt parking lot. For three nights rate you can stay at Ltva for 6 months. EDIT: While my review discussed mostly what I viewed as a high rate, driving by there a number of times, it appeared very busy and almost full. Good for them. I am all for small businesses. Looking forward to actual guest's reviews."

"This park is shaping up nicely under the new owners. During the RV show, crazy busy, they worked their butts off. Will stay here again. Nice, level spots. Looking forward to seeing the improvements when we return."

"Wow what a difference! The new owners hauled 150 TONS of junk out of the park. It is so nice and clean. There is a new fenced dog park and dog potty stations around the park. You can’t beat the location for the RV show!"

"Holly and Mike were so nice and kind. Although we were there initially during an incredibly slow time, we will be going back during the height of the RV trade show crowds. Holly was very considerate and understanding when we had urgent situation that effected our first stay. Absolutely will go back!!! Closest to Big Tent..just a short walk across street. No amenities, but park is a work in progress for the new owners who seem to be improving the park slowly but surely. Dog park is shaping up nicely! Nice, mostly level gravel."
