"Everything was very good when I went to the store, very good service and excellent customer service but everything started very badly because they were almost 2 weeks late in the delivery of my first furniture, but everything got much worse when they brought the first furniture, the guys delivery service broke a part of the fan in my bedroom and they never repaired it even though I reported the problem, sent the message and after so long of trying to fix the problem with them they did nothing and left my fan broken. The truth is that they have very bad customer service after the sale, no one wants to fix the problem and you have to do everything yourself, my wife had to go to the store every time we wanted to solve something because they don't do anything over the phone"
