"I use KOA to do laundry and internet when I'm on the road. This place has horrible cell phone and internet. The signals are good, 4G and 5G but plan on getting frustrated. Can't even update email or check the weather. I'm not a cell phone snob by any means but when I pay to stay in civilization and a good cell plan a decent phone connection is expected. Here your phone just thinks forever and drops calls. I had to drive across the bridge just to write this. I even paid for premium wifi. No change in connection what so ever. Location is awesome but if you're coming out of the boondocks for some rehab choose somewhere else. At least until they figure out the cell situation. And stay away from the bathrooms in the morning. Somebody around here sabotaged that place every night."
"Several years ago, this was an annual visiting location for me and my family members. The prices in February and March were great, and it made for a great place to visit the entire area for the 6 weeks. The casino offered buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Went by here a couple of weekends ago, and it all looked exactly the same. The open parking area was less busy but the camp ground was just like before."
"No real complaints here unless they can control the weather. Stayed there during the Grand Canyon Finals Rodeo. The place is neat and clean. Convenient with the casino right there as well. Got in late because of a flat tire and they were really cool about it. The spaces had plenty of room. The river is right there so the views are gorgeous. The drive to Laughlin proper is about 20 minutes north if you want to check out some other casinos, bars, entertainment, etc"
"My third visit here, beautiful casino but smoking is allowed there. The Mojave tribe put up their annual Elders volleyball tournament."
"It’s quiet, aside from the occasional fireworks, and easy to load in & out. Guests also have access to the Avi’s private beach and pool which were a big plus for us. My only real complaint is that I paid more for a site that backs up to a grassy area. They were green and inviting in the photos online. But the grassy area was completely brown and dead. I had hoped the grassy area would leave it feeling a little cooler, otherwise I would have gotten one of the many pull through spaces available. Be aware, it’s hot there in Laughlin, and there’s virtually no shade. My a/c on my 6 month old travel trailer could not keep up with the 110+ degree temps."
