Reviews of St George RV Park
"Watch out for your deposit. Stayed a month in November 2023 with our RV. We paid a 200$ deposit in advanced plus the monthly rate. A deposit of a 100$ too secure the reservation and another 100$ to cover the cost of the electricity. When we left, we were told the deposit of a 2 x100$ minus the cost for the electricity would be reimburse on the credit card within 10 days. After 4 unreturned calls, three months and two stops at the reception, we finally got a refund of 77.64$ out of 200$ deposit. They told us that our electricity cost for that month was 122.36$, with no invoice, no official paper, no meter reading. When I told the manager that 122$ was a lot for one month and asked where the numbers are coming from, the manager told me ‘’It is what it is’’. Our RV is a small unit with gas heating. We used electricity for lights and recharging the computer. Every where else, the monthly electricity cost is about 40$. We got rip off big time. Lesson learned, always take a picture of the meter at arrival and departure. I’ll never go there again. I don’t recommend it."
"This is really more of a trailer park than an RV park. Most of the spaces seem to be occupied by long-term park residents. Our next-door neighbor had a fifth wheel, with a flat tire, that was full of unattended barking dogs. The park itself is in a general rundown, poorly maintained, condition. Would definitely not return."
"We are a family of 6 traveling in our RV (for the first time) up to Yellowstone and after driving for 6 hrs with a 6 and 4 yr old we decided to stop here to rest. It was 10pm, after hours and when we arrived a very nice man greeted us and showed us a spot where we could stay. He showed us where the bathrooms were, gave us the wifi info, showed us where the hookups were and made us feel at home. The place was quiet, bathrooms and showers were clean. I have zero complains, will definitely stay here again! It was $53 cash since it was after hours, and office was closed. We had not made a reservation but they were very accommodating."
"My wife and I stayed at the Saint George RV park for most of the month in April 2023. We wanted a full-service park that looked natural, with trees and with some spots that had good views. Granted the park is close to a major highway but that was a non-issue to us. The park is the oldest RV park in the greater Saint George Utah area. This meant old grow in place. Lots of sun shading trees. We like that as our camper van does not have air conditioning. Peaceful with more natural surroundings was a goal. The park is still being restored under new ownership. I believe the new owner is Steve. He and staff go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We found Steve and staff to be helpful and friendly. The park has good Wi-Fi, a super clean bath and shower, laundry room and play area, for kids, I think? Another reason we liked this park so much was its location. Easy to get to and minutes from Washington area (east side of I-15). Washington is loaded with familiar stores and restaurants. This is very very nice! I found the office staff to be very flexible and accommodating when making reservations. Steve was always available to assist. We recommend Saint George RV Park when visiting Saint George and vicinity."
