"Close to Sand Hollow State Park. Motel is old and in need of maintenance. Service is hit or miss, they would change the towels but nothing else. The little bottles of bathroom stuff were so small they should be exchanged daily . Breakfast was sometimes cold and towels were thread bare and see through. Rooms were not bad. If your looking for 3 star motel this is your place. One bonus is they have parking for trailers in the rear."

"If there was a choice for negative stars on service I would, the front desk guy named Sam has the worst hospitality skills possible, treated my family and I with little respect on how he spoke to us and reiterated phrases back to us like we were incompetent while we ask for a pull out bed and we were willing to pay for it as well. If you see him walk out! Better off going to the other ones if he is there!"

"The room was clean but I could not change the temperature of the ac/heat unit. Also the curtains do nothing to block out all the light. Light still gets through. Also the bed had the and pillows so thin. Bring your own pillow, cooling unit, and eye mask."

"Absolute worst customer service ever!! Rude and just straight up refused to reschedule reservation because it’s “against the policy” when it was literally their website that messed up the dates because of errors. Called customer service and sounded like they were from another country like some third party phone service. They pretty much just said we can’t do anything and hung up on me. I’m literally trying to give the hotel my business and pay them more money for a different day but they straight up refuse. Called quality inn main customer service line and they didn’t do anything to help. Do not give these dumb people your service they are greedy and selfish."

"Great fridge in room too. Bigger and colder than the mini fridge in my room at the Casablanca hotel in Mesquite, Nevada. Read my other comments here below in "rooms" section. Overall, this place is a great value for a good price. Great place to stay for your trip to Zion national park."
