"Wow!!! This company has been great! After 3 years from our purchase we had a minor problem with 2 chairs. I thought OK here we go, lets see if the lifetime warranty really applies from the manufacturer and "Patio Furniture". Yup, it sure does! I paid a little more for these chairs initially, but so worth it based on quality, customer support and staff. Dillon picked up our chairs today, did a minor repair that manufacturer supplied parts, and BOOM, back in 3 hours. Completely fixed. Dillon was very kind and professional, so big shout out! 100% recommend this store!"

"Loved my experience with patio furniture!! Customer service in the sale went above and beyond… Dave and Alyssa were so great to work with. The delivery of my item (to salt lake) was prompt and the guys were so helpful!! Arranged it all and made sure I was set for a swim party happening just an hour later. I am obsessed with the curved sofas.. the quality surpasses my expectations.. I love that all the cushions attach to the frame.. I could go on and on. Alyssa at Patio Furniture really listened to what I wanted (and what I didn't want), I showed her pictures, and when a set came in she thought we'd like she gave me a call. The set was just perfect (did not include pod chair in picture), and was the right size for our space. She followed up with offers of rugs that had come in, as well as furniture covers (which we ended up buying as well). SUPER customer service...would highly recommend this store.
