"This is a really cool and unique park. There are several Pickleball courts and bathrooms available. There is a fun walkway path that zigzags from the top parking lot to the park and pond at the bottom. Large pavilions make picnics a breeze. There are plenty of seating, benches, and garbage cans all around. This park features, a natural hot spring pond that can be swam or fished in."

"Another great place for kids. They have a hot spring pond that the kids can swim in. We did not get to swim because it was to late and cold. They enjoyed the playground and looking for fish in the pond."

"I expected something different, yes it is spring water but is full of green algaes and I do not recommend to swim in there like some videos i watched before going... but it is a beatiful, quiet place!"

"It's a hidden gem. There's a shallow end of the pond with sand, could be fun for little ones. Make note - there ARE fish in this pond. Because of it's location (being tucked away), I would DEFINITELY suggest going with a group. I'm not sure I would feel 100% safe if I were alone. Playground is mostly shaded, trees are developing so the pavilion would be the best bet in avoiding the summer sun."

"This is one of the newer parks in the STG/Washington area. It was very clean and looked well maintained. There isn't a super clear street sign or indicator where to turn but it was easy enough to find. As you come in there is a sign with the "Boilers" name on it so you will know you are in the right place. The bathrooms and pickleball courts are up by the parking lot and very easy to access. At this point I should mention that while we liked this park the bathrooms were not placed in a way that would make it easy to get to in a hurry, like with small children, if you are on the playground. My son is almost 7 and can generally go to the bathroom by himself, but we were eating lunch under the pavilion and I couldn't see the bathrooms at all and I was not comfortable having him go up there out of my sight, right next to the parking lot. I am not a helicopter parent but this bathroom placement was just a little too far away for me to be comfortable with so I walked to the top of the stairs. If you have small kids you may want to make sure you stop at the restrooms before going down to the playground, so you don't have to hike back up to them later. Back to the park. From up by the parking lot and pickle ball courts there are steps, with handrails leading down to the playground, picnic tables, and water. There is also a path for wheelchairs, bikes, and scooters. This path winds all the way down and through the park below and is beautifully landscaped. It also has plant markers that identify local plants. The playground seemed like it had a lot of interesting things for kids to do and there were some swings as well. There is a shade over the playground which will definitely help on sunny hot days. There are a few benches around for parents to sit on but, none had shade. There was a small grassy area for kids to run around and play and then the pavilion with a few picnic tables. On the other side of the pavilion and tables is the natural spring that I was told you can swim in, but I am not 100% sure. There is also a tunnel that leads under the freeway that was fun to go through. It comes out near a small townhouse complex. All in all this was a fun park and we will definitely come back."
