Reviews of Kayenta Desert Rose Labyrinth
"The Kayenta Labyrinth is an interesting place. We went there twice & both times it was very tranquil & peaceful. A great place to go meditate or ponder about life."
"I had the best insight ever from walking this labyrinth! I loved the guide posted of how to meditate on the labyrinth; it was a very good reminder! We came back the next day and I had the not so bright idea of earthing by walking barefoot…it hurts and took away from my inner peace."
"Very cool labyrinth. Very peaceful and helped me gain some insight."
"We enjoyed walking around the labyrinth. If you’re visiting the nearby Kayenta Arts village or Xeteva Gardens Cafe it is worth a visit across the street to check this out. Also fairly close to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon. Beautiful views. Benches to sit and relax/ contemplate."
"So we heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try while we were down in St. George. When you first get to the labyrinth you’ll want to read the initial signs because it talks a little bit about the experience that you can have it there. If you have smaller kids it may be hard to help them enjoy and truly appreciate The concept behind the labyrinth but it’s still a fun place to go. The idea is to go and walk through the labyrinth in silence and use it as almost a ritual, if you will, where you’re leaving old things behind. My kids are a little bit older and they still struggled to stay “silent” the whole time. Sure most of your parents can relate to that. But it was still overall a good experience as we talked about the concept of deciding what we want to leave behind. It’s not too far out of the way especially if you’re heading to the Tuachan that day anyway."
