"I would highly highly recommend Wheel Specialist Inc! Dave Sleater was fantastic to deal with and an all around great guy. This is my first EV and he was able to guide me to a wheel and tire setup that would still give me the performance and look I was going for while getting the best ride and wear from such a heavy vehicle. My only regret was not finding these guys earlier. The shop was cleaner than most operating rooms that I work in. I called around to multiple places and WSI had the best prices and hands down the best customer service. They even threw in a quick upgrade and painted the brake calipers to blend in behind the satin black wheels. I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 a hundred times over!"

"I took my vehicle to Discount Tire to get four new tires. The young attendant stripped my locknut key by using a torque gun instead of a hand socket wrench. Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off. The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage. After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior. When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself—it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful."

"Emi, Dave, Cedar and Steven all went above and beyond for me today. Brought the car in for changing out my rear tires and I had mentioned the car had a bit of a shake at around 80mph. The guys deep dived into the issue and helped resolve it for me. All of them were extremely polite and very well knowledge. I cant thank the guys enough for going way beyond my original appointment. I will be a forever and frequent customer as these guys show ultimate care for the customer."

"I would recommend the Wheel Specialists for a few different reasons: They are a machine shop so they can make modifications to make sure you get the wheel and fit perfectly. My goal was to maximize the wheel and tire height to completely fill every inch I could under the wheel well. The Wheel Specialist will also measure your vehicle for a custom fit. The Wheel Specialist also went the extra mile for me. When I had a blow out and cut my air ride suspension the Wheel Specialist brought the wheels and tires to my shop where repairs were made so I could drive the vehicle back to their shop to make sure there were no issues of rubbing. Most places I went to were not up to the task. For example there is no way Discount Tire could handle this type of installation. Other places I looked at were way over priced.
