"I can't even tell you how disappointing the customer service is here. I was looking forward to a massage and facial that my husband booked for me. We came here a few times before and enjoyed the service. But until yesterday is when I will never go back ever again. They called less than 24hours late evening saying my appointment has to be changed to a different time. I told them that was the only time I would be available. I wouldn't have a problem to change to a differetent day if it wasn't so difficult to book this one in the first place. It took us a month to book this appointment because they always have something come up. They aren't open the the days stated on the website. Then it gets better, I asked if I could get deep tissue. They said yes usually is 20 dollars but we'll do it for no charge. Like they did me a favor? I told them 20 dollars is no problem. I asked if I could speak to a manager since they don't answer their phones after 5pm even though they are open till 6pm. Finally they said someone will call me.a " manager on duty" called me he managed to escalated the situation rather than diffuse the situation. He told me he could get someone for the original time but it would causes the business more money since they had to call a masseuse in.(how is this my problem or fault?) He told me again that they won't be making any money because of me. After hearing that, it made me very uncomfortable and I told him why would I want to come in? when you told me you guys will be losing money because of me? He didn't offer any apology or solutions.He didn't value my business or have any professionalism at solving problems. Is there something wrong with the management team that's why they couldn't find people to work? I hope the owner of this establishment knows about how horrible the customer service is. Hopefully you will be able to hire a "manager" that can solve problems and now make it worse."
