"We purchased a pair of clippers here and as soon as we brought them home, realized the on button was completely broken off. The clippers were never used and we tried to bring them back to the store two days later. They advised all sales are final on clippers. We quoted from their website “Clippers and trimmers are all sales final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in-store on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.” There has to be some kind of exception for UNUSED, just purchased clippers. Sally’s sold us a broken product. They advised we had to go through the manufacturer for their warranty now. We called the manufacturer, they told us to send it to them (we have to pay for shipping) and then they would “try to repair” the product and send it back within 10 weeks. This is worst policy ever. THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER USED!!"
