"The girl that was going my facials every month is no longer there unfortunately. I decided to do facials every month because you can never get a massage appointment. My first appointment was canceled because she was sick. Second appointment was canceled because her license expired. Worst place with staffing. You can never get a massage appointment. And when you try to cancel your membership they give you the run around and you still pay for it and end up with credits you have to use within a certain amount of time but can’t do that because you can’t get an appointment!!!"
"Worst facial I've EVER HAD! I woke up to puffy eyes and big red cheeks. .never had a reaction like this! I was never given water after my facial...nothing! I couldn't make my business trip because my eyes are so puffy and i was afraid it get worst!! I will not be recommending to anyone! You will be hearing from my counsel."
"The place was very clean and welcoming. The woman who did my massage, Kelly maybe, was awesome. She did the right amount of talking and the massage was great. If you need a good massage Kelly had some pretty strong hands. I would go back"
"Update: I got a prenatal massage to finish using my membership and I paid for a full massage and only got a 40 minutes of massage time. The massage was decent. Also I had a gift card for $30 +upgrade so I was expecting to be able to use the $30 towards my massage and then also get an upgrade. But when I asked about it they said I could use the $30 towards an upgrade and that it did not include an additional upgrade. Very misleading advertising! Paid WAY to much for a massage cut so short! Also even though I paid for a prenatal massage they gave me the standard bed that does not adjust and it was to tight and uncomfortable for someone who is pregnant. Impossible to schedule! I have had multiple times where I scheduled and appointment weeks in advance and then call to confirm or show up to my massage and they say they don’t have my appointment. It’s too much of a headache to try and schedule and manage my reservations. Very limited availability as well so when I had to reschedule it would be another month out."
"My daughter and I have been members for a few years. We look forward to our monthly facials with enhancements especially the peppermint scalp massages. All the aestheticians are very professional, kind and very helpful with valuable inputs. I highly recommend getting the membership. Relaxing music and the great ambience!"
