"To be honest I never had a painful session like this. I was worried my skin would get burn spots, especially on my neck. When I asked for the level to be lowered, she kindly agreed. Still was not enough. I want to start slow at first. And I didn't want to be complaining. At times the "tool" was kept a few seconds too long over the same spots which was more painful, and when it goes over the upper lip is suffocating, it was a little overwhelming for me. I am also, surprised my skin was not prepared before. I was asked to wipe my lotion and that's it. After I was given a little pad with aloe vera. I used to go to stablished esthetician where she would do a 3 step routine and leave me with a mask and even add sunblock for me and add cooling pad after just to prevent any issues. I appreciate the service I was given, Hopefully my skin won't show any issues. Good luck with your business."
