"Well i was bummed out that my usual store in elliot was closed permanently so i went to the one on warner. There was a super friendly female worker there (i would have caught her name) if it helps i was there on 2/1/24...she answered all of questions bc i wanted to switch hair dye brands and after talking we decided against it and just adding something else to get what i was looking for. She told me if i wasnt happy i could return it. So helpful. She was very knowledgeable. Store was very clean. However she did mention this location too was closing (ugh) but not sure when. That means the two closest ones to me and most convenient will now be gone. That sux. I have a disability which makes it difficult to drive and having two close to me was nice. Now i will have to either order online or have someone drive me. Anyways, i would recommend going here but if they are closing it it makes it hard to do so. I hope this wonderful sales associate gets to keep her job when this change over is complete!"

"Went in to return clearly rotten or defective hair dye. Tried to tell me it was just oxidized and that it was fine. Brand new bottle of blonde hair dye was coming out BLACK towards the end. I know what oxidized blonde hair dye looks like. Even after sitting out all night the non defective hair dye was not the same color as the defective hair dye. Not giving a customer money back for clearly defective hair dye just because I had put in a hair dye bowl before realizing an issue is horrible retail practice. How was I supposed to know it was bad before I used it? Waste of my time and my money and I didn’t even get to dye my hair."

"The worst experience I’ve had in a retail store in all of 2023. The lady with black, long hair who was on shift today, December 7th at 10.00 am is the rudest person I’ve seen. She was grumpy as soon as I entered and then she snapped and lost her mind when my phone number is used by someone else. So the register asked if the info is correct for pick up and I said “no” as it showed all the info they had on another girl. Her full name, address, email and MY phone number. I told her that there’s been a misunderstanding and asked if it is possible that client is not active anymore with their store. She once again snapped and replied how she should know, she is not responsible for what people do. Oooook… But I still need to pick up my order for which I paid for. But she claimed I cannot pick it up because I need to give her my personal information. It wasn’t enough that I gave her my email that I ordered with and my phone number the order was under, she kept interrupting me and SNAPPING the whole time until I kindly had to tell her “I am really sorry you’re having a bad day, but that’s not a reason to take it up on me”. She didn’t care and continued snapping and being extremely rude and unprofessional. Note to self and others: Save yourself the trouble and don’t go see this miserable location. We literally have another one just two miles from here."

"7/25/22 UPDATE- store has great new items.staff helpful, bright, organized, well merchandised was told today though they'll be moving a mile north to Alma School/Elliot rd. Keep your eyes and ears open and keep shopping there!"

"Got here 6:00 pm on a Monday and lady in blue shirt already counting register with doors closed when online and door paper says it closes at 7 pm ? What the heck is going on, I see multiple reviews regarding the same thing… whoever manages this place needs to get replaced asap! This is bad for business, losing customers over closing early ? What a joke. The only time I have available is after 5:40pm and when I order online they cancel my pick ups."
