"UPDATE 1/10/24: The normal med spa I went to before Beverly’s recommended that I allow them to dissolve the filler since it’d be expensive to have them or another spa do it, so I emailed them and tried to schedule for weeks without much luck. I was finally seen on Monday and was told the lead injector would help me, she said she wanted to inject saline into my lips and then massage out the filler first before dissolving so I allowed her to do that- it made minimal difference. I was told to come back by Thursday if there were still the lumps so I called and told them they were still there and I wanted to dissolve the filler, they said okay and scheduled me for Friday. Went in, had to wait for 40 minutes and was told by the same injector that I had on Monday that they didn’t have any of the filler dissolver and that the appointment wasn’t booked correctly or they would’ve otherwise ensured they had it. They said I could come back on Monday. Extremely frustrating, they’re almost an hour away from me and I had to drive back in rush hour. They never once apologized that I wasn’t happy with the result and when I told her that I was just going to go elsewhere to dissolve because of all of these issues, she was just quick to say okay- made no effort to make things right at all. Now I have to pay another spa to dissolve and I have to get them redone, that plus them wasting my time with the trips after the initial appointment has put me out of $1,500. Don’t go here. The new spa I went to is horrified at how my lips look, please don’t waste your money. The first picture is before she injected saline to try to fix it, I had a big yellow lump on my bottom lip as well but you’d have to pull my lip down to see it better and I only had videos of that. The second picture was after the saline had time to try to fix it, I showed the lump, it also gave me a second one on my bottom lip as well. I never leave bad reviews but I want to warn anyone who’s thinking about going here. I Wasted all of my money getting lip filler here. I told the injector prior that I wasn’t sure if my filler had migrated from before, she doesn’t say anything and as she’s starting to do the filler, she says I should probably get it dissolved soon because there’s migration. Why wouldn’t you tell me that before you did more filler to make it worse?? Definitely seemed like they just cared more about getting your money than anything else. It’s not been about a month since getting the filler and there’s so many lumps & a boil on my lips, some of which I looked up and saw it could be from placing filler superficially. I have to now go somewhere to get this all dissolved and pay all over again. Staff is just overall unprofessional, the injector rushed through and didn’t even seem like she was taking thought into where she was placing the filler and as I was paying, one of other staff was posing in the mirror and laughing. Definitely don’t recommend."

"Well, I went into this clinic looking to have my lip filler fixed and not only did they mess it up but I tried to contact them to talk to a manager about how we’re going to fix this issue not only did they not return my phone call, but they blocked my phone number from The chandler location. I’ve never been to a spa service that acts like this, and does not take responsibility for their services nor rectify the situation. I do not recommend this place I would never go back there and I hope you do some research before you go into these people."
