"I got a free consultation at Arizona Aesthetics in June, 2023. At the time I was 47 (now 48), experiencing female androgenetic alopecia and mild hair thinning. When I met with Erik, he examined my scalp, told me that my hair loss reminded him of his wife's hair loss, and told me my case would be fairly straightforward and easy. At the time, all of my hormone levels were within normal range, including testosterone and estrogen, and I was on a .05 estrogen hormone patch, taking 100 mg micronized progesterone for hrt. I was skeptical and Erik was great about taking my calls, explaining the process, and guaranteeing results from exosome treatments, referring me to earlier pictures and Google reviews. He said he treated thousands of patients. I made an appt once and then backed out. I made another and they required me to pay half of the cost up front ($2000). So I made and kept the appt and had my first stem cell injection in July, 2023. I did the full protocol with the 3 treatments, one month apart. About a month in, I started to notice hair loss at the top of my scalp. Erik and Terri were very supportive and gave me a Nanofusion treatment in late August, 2023. That didn't help. Erik sent me finasteride (which I took), offered an experimental topical (Ru-4481 which I didn't feel comfortable using), and offered more Nanofusion and prp treatments. All the while, Erik took all of my calls and texts, promised it would get better, results would come, just wait. It's been 8 months since my first exosome injection, and unfortunately my hair is thinner now than it was when I started. Erik and his staff were supportive, but it was always reactionary. They never proactively checked in on me. At one point, he claimed he had never failed to stop shedding in a client. After reading Dan's review, I felt the need to share my experience. No treatment is 100 % effective and I would have loved to give the stem cell treatment a glowing review and show a full head of hair with miraculous before and afters. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Everyone was very kind along the way, but in the end, for me, it was a waste of $4000, multiple trips from Tucson to Scottsdale, and a lot of emotional investment in the process. I wish everyone at Arizona Aesthetics well, and I know the response will be that they want their customers to be satisfied, but I am leaving unsatisfied with no results from the exosome treatments I received."
