"My sister and I purchased an LED face light and set of Lavelier skin care products from Beautyfrizz in Scottsdale, AZ. Our salesperson at the time promised us 3 years of free refills on the products, which sealed the deal for us. I had questions at the time, as to how we would go about requesting the refills as our products ran out. He assured us, just contact him when the time comes, and he'll help us refill. He provided both his email and phone number for us to contact him. Well, lesson learned, we should not have trusted him and obviously should have gotten that promise in writing (although now I wonder if that would have even mattered). The reason I'm even giving this review two stars, is because I really love the Lavelier products. 8 months after purchase, as my products were starting to run low, I reached out to the sales person multiple times both through email and text, with no response. I then called the Beautyfrizz store in Scottsdale, AZ where we purchased the products. They told me our salesperson was no longer with the company, but the manager assured me he would help me out and to just stop into the store and 'I would leave happy'. Long story short, I did not leave happy. The manager refused to honor his salesperson's promise to refill the products without additional charge. They said our salesperson was not authorized to make that promise. So while I really do love the products that we purchased at an insanely high price, with the thought that the store and Lavelier would honor the 3 year free product refill - we were disappointed. As I said, lesson learned. I should have known not to trust the word of a salesperson. So while I love the products, I refuse to spend any more money at this store to replace those I've used. The sales practices of the Beautyfrizz team are questionable if not unethical. I wonder if Lavelier knows that's how some of their representatives treat their customers? I will be leaving a review with Lavelier next."
