I have such sensitive skin, facials always worry me, But the esthetician really listen to my concerns and I walked out feeling great. "I have had a massage here before and it was really wonderful, but now trying to get in for a massage is almost impossible. Every time I call, we have nobody available. I have had a gift card on file forever and now wish it was at a different spa . Very frustrating when this is a gift and would really love to use it ! I will never purchase a gift card for friends here again because they are having the same issue and it's embarrassing they can't get in and use their gift also!"
