"Bad experience here. I went in for a procedure with their Vbeam laser. I solely went here because they had this particular laser. I was told by the physicians assistant who I saw for the consultation that this laser would take care of the red spots on my face, which I had successfully treated with another vascular laser in the past. I took a week off of work as this laser left dark purple spots all over my face that took 12 days to fade. I was told it could take several weeks or months for the vascular spots that were treated to fade. The spots never faded and nothing changed. When I called the office to ask for a refund, they told me, we don’t refund procedures like this even if they don’t work because sometimes it takes multiple sessions. The offer was that I could come in and pay them another $200 to try it again. I was never told this during my consultation or during my procedure. If I had been, I would have gone elsewhere due to the fact that my budget will not allow me to do multiple $200 sessions with this laser. In addition, the office took no photos, so there was nothing to compare my face to now. I have never visited a dermatologist or aesthetician’s office where not a single photo was taken. Extremely unprofessional office. Unskilled staff performing this procedure. Go elsewhere."

The Dr. and staff made me feel comfortable and they were also very thorough, professional and detailed! Highly recommend!!"

"I came in earlier in the week to be seen by Dr. Pearson. From the time I checked in to the end of my appointment, it was only 14 minutes. I only spent 7 of those minutes with somebody from the medical team.While I appreciate efficiency and timeliness, I don’t feel as if the quality of care I received was all that great. I felt rushed and it seemed like everyone was just going through the motions to get me in and out ASAP. Fast forward to a few days later and the prescription I needed had still not been sent to the pharmacy. I was only able to leave a voicemail and was hoping to hear back quickly. I heard back from the medical team at the end of the day after the physicians had left - now I’m stuck waiting until the middle of next week (at the earliest) to receive my medication. If you’re needing dermatological care, I recommend you find another practice that is organized and takes the time to listen to your needs."
