"I paid a lot of money to have Katie rejuvenate my features. She prides herself on making one’s natural beauty come out. Thats the furthest thing from what she did to me. On the left side, my jaw was more boxy than the right, my cheek was the size of a blow fish with the back of the upper cheek super pronounced. She overfilled my chin so much that I had to come back in to dissolve and even then it was overfilled. Also had to dissolve my cheek bone area and she ended up indenting it inward like someone pressed their thumb in my cheek! I was so traumatized by this experience that I gave up trying to have her or anyone else correct it. My current injector who does my lips encouraged me to reach out to Katie and have her dissolve everything she put in my face because I was that unhappy and she felt confident Katie would be professional enough to stand by her work - if I was this dissatisfied. It took me two years to muster up the guts to do it but I did finally reach out hoping to try again in having her dissolve it. I wrote her a very kind and professional text and ALL I GOT WAS CRICKETS. I emailed her a few days later and AGAIN ZERO RESPONSE. I get not wanting to incur the cost of dissolving injections, I would’ve gladly paid for them if needed but to not answer a customer who’s this dissatisfied as though they don’t exist, is so insanely unprofessional that I would never ever recommend anybody to go to Katie. If she messes up on your face, she will make an excuse as to why you look a little off and then in the end if you’re still not satisfied, she’ll ignore you and you’re on your own. DO NOT go to her. It’ll be your biggest mistake."
