"I just returned from Fuchsia Ahwatukee. AMAZING people, professional, helpful and the BEST facial I have EVER had. I had been a member years ago, but stopped prior to COVID. "To start off I did the $99 package as soon as I got that I was rushed to do my add on and had to wait till 5 o’clock for my massage. Honestly he’s only a year in to massages therapy , nice firm hands but technique was poor time management was poor, I did not really leave relieved of any of my tention as a massage therapist myself I would not recommend anyone spend $100 on what I purchased. I feel very unsatisfied with my visit but the spa girls and management were sweet. it was my mom‘s birthday and she was the one that didn’t get a treatment and they rescheduled her and would not allow us to reschedule with her due to their policies which I find very upsetting. When you’re doing it for a birthday party they said they would have to charge us cancellation fees, even though it was their choice not to work on her, I will not be returning to the spa for massage."

"The front desk receptionist, I believe, could not pronounce my first name properly. Nor did she ask how I wanted it to be pronounced. Also, I had already filled out the forms when I had booked online last week that were needed for me and my wife, but had to fill out another form when we entered. That isn’t the issue, it was just time consuming as our massage was scheduled for 4 pm but we were seen at 4:08 pm. (We had somewhere to be after). Both Massage Therapists were nice, but mine was not fully prepared. I had signed up for the “Magic Scalp” massage but felt it was just an add on, and I could’ve received similar treatment, if it was never added it to my package. In addition, the therapist didn’t know whether I had it listed as part of my package or not, I had to personally tell her I had it added - don’t know if there was a communication issue there from the front desk. Overall, my massage was a 6/10. I wish my therapist concentrated on all body parts, as I felt she didn’t give much time to my hands and my feet. Although she did ask which parts I wanted her to concentrate on, I didn’t realize she’d spend too much time on them, not having enough for the remaining areas."

"I took my Parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary here at the Ahwatukee office, When I say the Beautiful QUEENS Yaz & Jena went above & beyond , making their special day so much fun and memorable.. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! I absolutely love it here!! And now my Parents are becoming members as well... the love and affection they showed my parents was just AWESOME ... thanks again ladies.. they are the best!!!"
