I had lost 40 pounds by following her advice. I did the weekly lipotropic b12 Injections, hiked about 3 days a week, ate clean and also did the red light weight loss belt 4-6 × in a row. I lost it by the 65th injection. If you follow her advice, even though you may not want to, you will see a change.
