"Imagine if you will, Sally’s offering a travel size bottle of Miracle 10 with a $25.00 Miracle 10 product, me choosing a product for $24.99 and the THREE girls behind the counter telling me that I can’t get my free travel size bottle because my purchase was a penny off. When I challenged it they all looked at me like I’d been smoking crack and pointed me in the direction of the next ticket item that was much more expensive. Unreal! Freaking Twilight Zone episode. Get your act together Sally’s."

"I’ve been to this location several times to purchase color, developer and other products. I’m not sure where they find the people who “work” at this particular location. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance finding anything, I’ve gotten a rude response from the girls behind the counter. Like they can’t be bothered to try to do their job and get off their phones to help anyone. From now on, I’ll just drive the extra miles to go to a different location. Definitely won’t be returning to this location."
