"Great customer service. Wall to wall wigs, hair for braiding etc. Everything under the sun you can imagine in a beauty supply shop and more. If you've ever been in the beauty supply store on the east coast and say New Jersey or New York this is what it reminded me of. I could have spent hours in there just taking everything in. I wasn't prepared for how big the store was or how vast the inventory is.. the next time I go I'll be prepared to focus on just one thing."

But tell me why there were so many store associates walking around following me as if i was going to steal products & no one in my last visit could be bothered to acctually help me as they were all too busy talking to each other. I spent several hundred dollars here at least every other week to do my hair & my sister is a hair stylist & does weaves, braids, Etc.. So i am always in purchasing for us both! Great variety & selection of products! Terrible customer service at times. Needs improvement!"
