"I used to tan here when I had a membership and had a good experience so I decided to come back when I wanted to tan again for short time before moving to Marana. The girl that claimed she was a manager wanted to charge me over $300 for a month and a half. I decided to do a spray tan and told the girl I wanted to do the 40 which is the darkest . Well come to find out when I returned this week to do another spray tan I said I wanted the 40 again. I had horrible dark streaks all.over my body. When I told the girls at the desk they informed me I actually got the 20 the week before! I had to.go home immediately and wash it off and come.back to do the 20 again. When I was leaving I asked the girl if I could get the tan extender packets like I had received the week before. She said no not unless you want to buy them. I said I think I should get them just bc of my experience. She did nothing,.no free packets or nothing. I was inconvenienced and had to go home and shower bc of their employees incompetentence. I will not return here and will tell everyone of my experience. UPDATE...I did respond to the email address provided in the response below and no one has ever replied to me. Obviously no one is concerned with making it right. I just wanted to add that on here."

"When i was signing up i was told two untruths which has caused me to have ill feelings with this Company. Ava signed me up and she seems so nice but to me she smiles through her teeth not genuinely. She offered two things that later did not come to be true. First, she told me that when you go on vacation you can put your time on hold but when i was going on vacation i asked her about it and she said well you can put it on hold but you still get charged. What's the point of that? The second thing, she offered was that when you are a member for 3 months you can cancel and offered nothing more. Today i asked about cancelling since it's been about 3 months and today she said you have to be there 5 months and if you cancel then you pay $99 dollars as a cancel fee. But you have to be there 3 months before you cancel at all. Be careful what you are signing up for and make sure that you understand everything because i feel like that place is not about customer service and caring about you, it's about the pocket of the Company, I would not recommend it and i am going to inform the Better Business Bureau of my experience."
