"Arma or Irma is the rudest lady ever, it’s not the first time I go in and she makes everyone’s life miserable. Today I took some items that I did not use I just didn’t have the receipt and the other lady was going to help me and give me a gift card to put the left over money on the card and she made it a big deal saying you weren't allowed. So the other lady called her manager and made sure she can do it and it turned out that you could. She just didn’t want to help a customer extremely rude."

"Noticed that all of the low ratings are pretty old, which is unfair to what’s happening now. Sometimes some Sally’s are lacking in customer service, but not this one. The women that work here are very helpful and nice, and it is well organized. I took one star off only because sometimes the store is out of what I need and it happens more than I would like, but otherwise it’s a great store."

"I had a issue with customer service at another Sally store off valencia where I was called stupid. I called the store in spectrum to see if I could get the DM #. The employees there were awesome!! The mansger went above and beyond to meet my needs. This will be my to go location. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service!!"

"Don't trust these people! They never give customers free samples! They ask their employees not to inform customers of their coupons ! The manager tries to bully her employees . The manager here goes through employees like crazy. She tries to gets all the sales! Werido, she should try to help build her employees sale and help them . She's more concerned having the most sales. I worked there to fill in for former employee that was mistreated and walked out! I seen her flirting with a barber..He looked bothered and disturbed! However, wanted the his coupons.. smart dude for dealing with her in the matter he had too. The best store i worked for was the Sally's on Cortaro!!!! THEY are honest and professional!! Highly recommend if you're in that area!!"

"Great customer service! All the ladies are super nice, especially the one with red hair. They have a bilingual staff and that's always a plus. The manager is very knowledgeable and you can see where her team gets their expertise from. I drive 25 minutes just to go to this store specifically, when there is one right down the street from my home!!!"
