"i went to blue diamond to take passport picture. After weeks I found the size cut was not right. i showed the reqirement exact size to staff when took picture. i come back request to cut the size as reqirement. the lady is very rude, interrupt my speak, push away my hand when I show the requirement of size paper. after that I asked do you have manager here, she said she is part of manager. I have none to say. very bad attitude even she is manager."

"This location has been garbage and hasn't cared about customer service since day 1. You go through the drive thru, there can be 1 car ahead of you, you'll still wait about 30 minutes. Going inside is worse. I once waited in line for over an hour with 2 people ahead of me and 2 people working at the counter. They just don't care or respect people's time. They see you asking them to help and do their job as an inconvenience. I spoke with the "pharmacy manager" once (I put it in quotations because I doubt someone like that would ever be promoted to manager. Her name was Carleigh or something similar and she was condescending, cut me off multiple times, and hung up on me when she decided I had wasted enough of her time. There are plenty of other Walgreens here, the convenience of the location of this place is NOT worth how you will be treated. Stay away at all costs."

"Had a terrible experience with Gertie and other older woman following her around. Rude, snobby, doesn't care to look in the back because their website isn't updated which was their excuse when I said "so the website is wrong?". Both of them had a super condescending tone. I was trying not to match their energy but it's hard when the disrespect is there. The website says online price may vary but I've never heard of a company that doesn't price match their OWN website. Brushed off my comment about it, also. (Update: read their website terms and it says they CAN price match upon request -- 1 transaction per day) They just didn't feel like it! The other big box brands do it. They said I could order it online then wait to pick it up only to get that price. It was a little $5 item. I've been going here for a few years now quite frequently and never had an experience like this. Get a new job if you hate customer service / serving customers"

"I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for over 7 years now. Yes, I can say it has not always been as efficient, customer service mediocre, and wait times horrendous. The team they have now are ALL amazing and check all the boxes not met before. Especially pharmacists Hyshel (pretty sure I didn’t spelled her name right) and Monique have the patience of a saint. Especially the past 8 months, between my doctors staff continuously messing up my prescriptions and myself having to call them and the staff to see if my prescriptions are correct. I just wanted to give credit when credit is due. I’m sure they are all overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid as we all are. Please don’t change a thing since it has taken awhile to get this great of a staff."
