"Honestly, if you would have asked me a year ago I would have given this place five stars. The staff was nice, the staff was helpful, the staff did want to help you. None of that staff is left, they've all been fired or quit because they didn't want to work for a company that now seems to value money and get rich quick methods rather than the mental health of their patients. Scheduling is a nightmare with their receptionist, and she's rude every time I've interacted with her. The therapy was great with the old therapists, but they're also dropping like flies. The sessions went from talking about my problems to them trying to get me to play with a pyramid toy that really seemed like a stretch of a therapy method. One time my session was run by their accounting person, and I was extremely uncomfortable with them, they were aggressive and did not seem like they wanted to be there. A lot of what this company used to be is gone, so if you're looking at the reviews from years ago, it's not the same. I'd look elsewhere for your nurostar treatment if I were you."
