"I highly recommend u go somewhere else. Manager told us he doesn’t care about our money or us ever coming back. He blamed it on the owner so if u read this u sir suck at training. So I spent 50$ on a vape and as soon as I got home I realized I made a mistake and decided I wanted to trade it for something more expensive. Turns out there is no returns or exchanges and they tell you in a very rude way. Long story short they are shady people and it’s a shady business and I bet you it’s closed or has a new owner very soon. Always empty and this is how they treat the few customers they had. Later!!"

"Don’t know about some of the negative reviews here but this place is the best. Their customer service is on point, they will go out of their way to help you find what you need and if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for they will give you lots of alternative options. Become a “regular” and they’ll recognize you when you come in and know what you’re there for. They don’t try to push the garbage products and will steer you towards their favorites. Take the advice of the expert since they spend all day everyday in the shop and probably know best. There’s some hits and misses but that just the nature of trying new things. Prices may be higher than what you see or find online or elsewhere but that’s the cost of a vise and you have to look at things from the business side. It’s a very clean shop and it’s more comfortable buying here than some of the shadier looking shops where you have to question if you’re getting a genuine product or a knock off. I’ve seen a couple of shops race to the bottom on prices to get the sales and none of them are open anymore where this place has been going strong for 3+ years."
