"If i could give negative stars i would. My husband went to buy me smokes, spent $200 and were given the wrong ones. They refused to exchange them within 15 minutes of him being there. It's unbelievable to screw people over so badly who spend a LOT of money there. Unacceptable, and I will never go there again. I will go to Owl Ear in Scottsdale where i used to go and receive exceptional customer service."
"Ok, trying to figure this madness out. 2 weeks ago, I paid $91 for a carton of Pall Mall, but never got a receipt (they never give one). So today just bought 1 pack, still no receipt, but 1 pack cost $9.17. So figuring it up $9.17 x 10= $91.70, the same price for a carton. So they are charging single pack prices for a carton! What a rip off! They just lost my business!"
"Cartons of my cigs went from 68.20 to 91$. I will drive a little farther to get them now. Other reservations are still 68.20. The convenience not worth 20+ $$"
"Clean but clean means nothing if they are always closed. They do not open (8am) until after I am home and sleeping after midnight shift. And they close (5pm and even earlier on random days) - after I wake up. Can't tell you how many times I adjust everything so I can race up there to meet their horrible open-hours and they open late and close early. Worst business model ever. (We have a great business, that only 30% of the people can use). Feels more like some sort of mafia "front" than a real business."
