"Make sure you ask for their return policy in writing before you purchase anything! What the clerk says and what the receipt says are entirely different! The manager was also very snotty and condescending never once apologized for her employee that misquoted the return policy."

"The customer service was absolutely horrible. First of all they charged more than the price tags. Could’ve been an oversight, but the lady refused to refund or exchange. Second, I watched her yell at another customer to get out. It was upsetting to watch. Maybe they need more resources for more support, but a very hostile environment. And they’re charging incorrectly so not worth it at all!!"

Some of the pieces can be overpriced but I also think the quality is much better than other costume jewelry! They alwaysss have sales and the in store stores are much better than online! "My 17 year old got her 2nd piercing done here a few days ago. Her left ear is fine. Her right ear is terrible though. The hole is completely angled up at an almost 45 degree angle difference from the front to the back. It's like if she had 3 piercings and she put an earring through her second hole but came out the back where a 3rd hole would be, it's bad. With the combination of the weird angle and the swelling the earring can't accommodate the space that is needed to feel comfortable during healing. So we are removing the earring and will now have to get it pierced again once healed."
