"I spoke with Mark this morning about a Public Liability Insurance Bond for my business. Mark was extremely rude, condescending, and tried belittling me, and was unprofessional and completely unhinged. I'm not one for writing reviews or for filing complaints. But based on my interaction with Mark today, I will absolutely be filing a complaint with the National Consumer Complaint Database under the FMCSA! As a broker writing insurance bonds for ADOT, FMSCA, ect under the Federal Motor Carrier Act of 1980 he is absolutely 100% mandated and required by the FMCSA to write the type of bond I called in and requested for under section 29 & 30 of the Motor Carrier Act of 1980. Playing stupid, and then point blank just saying that he gets to pick and choose what type of bonds he gets to write, is not a legal option, especially when you operate your business under the Motor Carrier Act of 1980. If I could give 0 stars for this lazy, unethical, belligerent, hostile, aggressive, disparager of a man and his business I would."
