"Update: Roz and Andrea have since given me an apology and explained that Drew is no longer working here. I appreciate Roz trying to rectify the situation and don't have anything negative to say about her, but I still think it's necessary to share the experience I had. —— My hope is that everyone involved can learn something from this and be better. Drew, an agent that transferred into this State Farm office gave me the runaround and really broke my confidence in State Farm. For context, back in 2021 I got my windshield replaced, I paid nothing. He told me today when I called in I have a $500 deductible. When I talked to him he said I’ve ALWAYS had a deductible. I then talked to the claims department, billing department, customer care and now will be submitting to get a new agent. After a runaround, they reached back out to the agents office and they confirmed “I’ve ALWAYS had a deductible.” (Unsure how or who confirmed this but Roz has since told me this was not the case) After speaking with State Farm 8 times to try to get this sorted out and each time I get transferred to a different department. Really disappointed with no one being willing to break things down for me and simply stating “you’ve always had a deductible.”"
