"My nine year old daughter and I came to this Claire’s to get her ears pierced for the first time. The parking lot had horrendous parking and we ended up having to park behind the movie theater. After we parked, my daughter and I sprinted as fast as we could to make it to the Claire’s before they close at seven. I got there at 6:56 and before we could even step in the door we were greeted with “we close in a few minutes.” The girl didn’t even ask us why we were there. We arrived before the store was closed, and my daughter walked out in tears without her ears pierced. The woman that is working in there shouldn’t be. She should have helped up and pierced her ears! Absurd"
"They did an amazing job piercing my 5 year old daughters ears. They were very precise about making sure they were even. Very considerate too. We came in wearing masks and they put masks on when piercing her. Would highly recommend this location and their staff! Store looks well organized and has adorable stuff too."
