Employees are very knowledgeable when discussing store product & or up & comping smoke related products. If they don’t have what you need in store they will either direct you to one of their near by sister stores, or take a personalized order that will be filled in a timely manner. With a store environment that’s a close second to family, there’s not many smoke shops that can compete."
