"I'll start out by saying I havent smoked ecigs in years so I'm a total newb at smoking them now (they didnt have salt back then) The girl who worked this afternoon, 11-16-23 has the best customer service I have seen since before covid. She answered the phone and was very helpful. Then when I came in, she taught me so much I didn't know that I needed to know about Ecigs. She helped me pick out the right nova for my needs and was very thorough when explaining the difference between salt & ejuice. She even took the time to explain which coils to use for which type of liquid and helped me pick out an ecig with a lot of background information. I went to the smoke away on litchfield and the girls there seemed like they just wanted me to get out of the store. No details on salt vs ejuice, no advice on the correct pod to buy for which juice. The only recommendation they gave me was don't mix juices. After buying one from Litchfield, I was burning through coils and just threw it away. What a shame. Since listening to the advice given to me by the girl in El Mirage, I feel confident my pods will last longer than they did previously. I live next to the Litchfield location, but this one has the best customer service I have seen between the Smoke Aways. I will be buying from this location from now on. Message to the owner: I know the main girl at the Litchfield location has been working there for years (the one with an accent) and the regulars probably love her, but for someone who is new to smoking vape she was utterly useless. I would recommend training all of your staff to be able to guide new vapers like the girl in El Mirage did for me."
