"Terrible customer service, took 1 1/2 weeks to get a follow up on if they could get me scheduled with another office for a root canal. Then charge you $100 for cancelling an appointment 2 days prior. Never using a dental group again!!"

"Not very personal. Office is unprofessional. Needed to reschedule an appointment due to work conflict. Tried reschedule via email reminder which said they would call me to schedule a new appointment. Never heard from them. I have been trying to call the office since my original appointment came and went, but put on hold indefinitely and hung up after 15 minutes. Also, they will try to sell you on “deep cleaning” because their cleaning is bare-bones and they are trying to generate more revenue outside of insurance payment. Didn’t even floss my teeth last time. I have been a patient for the last few years, but definitely have felt like just a number over the last few visits and am now looking for another dentist."

In addition, they are very accommodating in regards to scheduling, they are up front about any charges, and they are considerate of your financial circumstances."

"Had a new patient visit and cleaning scheduled. Was taken back for X-rays fairly quick then put in a back room and waited for a long time. Finally saw the dentist who seemed nice. I was told I have a cracked tooth and they could do the crown the same day. Then I waited a long time before the hygienist came in to do an assessment before my cleaning. Waiting some more before their money person came in to explain they needed to do a deep cleaning and they could only do half of my mouth that day and I would have to come back another time to do the other side...what?! Was also told they couldn't do the crown that day when I was initially told they have a lab and could do it the same day. I think they saw I have good dental insurance and then wanted to do the expensive cleaning and want me to make more appointments for more charges. I declined the deep cleaning (which I have right to do) and just asked for a regular cleaning which is what I've always had at other offices. That seemed to make the hygienist have an attitude as she told me her father is a dentist and she knows what she's looking at. She told me if I declined three times she would refuse to clean my teeth...again...what?! She also stuck her head out in the hallway and yelled to another person to move up her next appointment. Rude! Then she proceeded to give me the worst cleaning ever and didn't even give me anything to rinse my mouth out. Had to use their restroom to swish out my mouth. On my way out, I was upset and should have complained but there were other patients there and I didn't want to make a scene. Left there really disappointed. It just felt like they didn't care about me and it was a money scam. They must have known I was disappointed as I never got any other follow up messages, it was like they just took me out of their system. I have since found a great dental office who actually cares about their patients."
