"This insurance company is a joke!!! First off, the adjuster I was dealing with, Jackie guddendorf was rude and aggressive with me and tried to get me to admit fault when it was 100% uhauls negligence that caused the incident. My truck was damaged from a uhaul trailer due to a uhaul employees negligence. They denied my claim!! These people are cheats and frauds!!!! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and suggest everyone who reads this or has had a negative experience to do the same. SHUT THESE CROOKS DOWN!!!!!!"

"they denied my claim and it is one of the uhaul movers that found the damaged property form a leaking roof of uhaul and i have the video of the incident i will not rest until i have my propoerty covered. i gave them the movers from uhaul number who first saw the damaged of the items and still refusing coverage make it sense!!!!"

"This has been the most horrible experience I've had to endure. One of their Uhaul truck drivers hit me as my vehicle was parked at a gas pump back in August 2023. Contacted them the very next day to file a claim. From the beginning everything was mostly ok. The only down fall from the beginning is the fact they only gave me enough money for a rental for 6 days. My vehicle had almost $7000, so everyone knows it's major repairs. I was told if I endure more expenses out of pockets for the rental, they would reimburse me the funds. Wells it's 2 months later and $2000 out of pocket for the rental. Because its the holiday season, it would take 7-14 days to receive a check. Thats ok as long as i k ow its coming. I had to return the rental, because I could no longer afford the rental, max out my CC. So at this point, I'm having to borrow a vehicle from family members to be able to get to work because my vehicle is still in the shop! Speaking with the repair shop yesterday, now I'm being told, my vehicle is being held hostage until they receive payment from this company. As everyone is saying in the reviews, it's impossible to get anyone over the phone and can barely get an email response. If you have other options, PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS HORRIBLE!"

"This company is a big scam, stay far away from them. Even if you use U haul, it would have been nice for U haul to tell me their insurance was from an outside provider had I know I wouldn’t have wasted my money on an additional $140. Can never get ahold of the agent you are assigned and they will look for any reason not to cover you."

"My home was damaged by their insured driver (tenants moving out of my rental property). I filed a claim immediately, now no response. When I called about a week later to inquire the status; I was told my issue was transferred to someone else. I tried to ask a question and was told by Brandon Hendrix of RepWest “do you want to talk or do you want to listen”. I said I wanted to talk and he hung up on me. I will most likely have to reach out to my attorney if I don’t hear from them soon, as I need to fix the damage to the roof of my home."
