"They have a big sign under the cash register that says no returns no refunds so if you buy anything like I did that doesn't work you're burnt. I spent $30 on a cart battery just for it to stop working a few days after I got it. The product has a warranty card that's says in order to collect warranty I have to return it to place of purchase so instead of facilitating the exchange they just tell me read the sign "no refunds or exchanges""
