"I love this smoke shop. The employees are always so kind and nice and make me feel very welcomed every time I go. The young girl with glasses that mainly works in the mornings is always in such a happy and positive mood I usually come back in the mornings specifically so I can deal with her when making purchases there. The man that usually works the graveyard shifts is always very kind as well. I have not had one single bad experience going there and I live right behind the building so I go there very often. I highly recommend the smoke shop to anyone that needs to visit one"

"My first time here and i was extremely uncomfortable. Very poor customer service. They made me feel like I was interrupting a nap. It was my first time in the shop, so i wasn't completely sure what was sold there besides pipes or bongs. They didn't have nicotine vape juice, so I bought a disposable vape. The lady helping me was... not helpful, so I just pointed to something and left. She was extremely annoyed by me not knowing exactly what I wanted. (I just wanted vape juice, but she said they don't sell that, so I had to loom around to see what I did want.) I will not be returning."
