"I used ANB towing for years. As the head of security for multiple apartment and condominium complexes are use them expressly. Today they left me swinging in the wind for over two hours waiting for a tow truck. When I called back to ask them what time I could Finally get a tow truck out. The gentleman told me he would call me right back after he spoke with their driver. Another half hour went by with no response. I canceled their service and all service in the future. Bronco towing here in Tucson had a truck out 15 minutes later. I will be using them for all of my business Now"

"They worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they have two of the worst drivers ever they were very rude and then they told me that they would not tow my vehicle if I gave them money in cash right then and there. The worst part of it all they never even gave me any paperwork or receipt or anything what’s so ever to let me know where they were taking it too. I also wasn’t even parked in the parking area for less than 5mins. I’m also handicapped and I can’t walk far at all. All I was doing was dropping off groceries and medicine to my grandchildren and they want to tow me for being where I was for less than 5mins. They had no respect for someone who is older gotta love how much parents now days raise disrespectful kids. So never ever use this company ever they are the worst, they have also been turned into the better business bureau. They should have never been allowed to be in business at all or teach your punk children how to have respect. Worst company ever. I don’t recommend them at all to anyone…….."

"Someone with legal experience needs to sue this “company” , they have broken so many laws and are pieces of garbage workers. No apartment complex or business establishment should even allow these criminals on the property. Sleezy methods of towing, money grabbers and crooks, disgusting place that they call an establishment, and people of no morals working there. If I were the owner of this company I couldn’t sleep at night knowing that I’m purposely making peoples lives miserable and profiting. What a joke. I genuinely hope this “business” faces some serious legal troubles and or goes bankrupt."

"These people stole my car out of my girlfriends apt complex parking lot. Then they told me I could come pickup my belonging then when I finally got a ride down there the rude receptionist told me I couldn't get my belongings. I lost all my tools that I bought. I hope they go up in flames honestly. There low life's preying on the pour."

"I know everyone wants to give the towing service zero stars and I'm here to tell you to add me to that list of people. But, it's not for the $220 they charged my daughter for towing and impounding her car. It's for inaccurate signage. It says $200 fee plus $20 per day... it simply isn't true. The sign should say $220 plus $20 per day, because that's what they charge you."
