"With the attitude of these kids you'd think they were selling Bentley's to billionaires. You guys work at a smoke shop. Relax.Terrible prices and customer service. Only reason place is still open is because St George won't give out any new tobacco licenses; only shop in town. Mikes is way better if you don't mind going to Washington. By reading through the reviews I'm not the first to have had this experience I see."

"Battery I purchased from them SMACKS!!!! "Ooze" battery. It was 20 bucks, and it is the best quality I have ever had in a pen sized battery. Very friendly staff was in and out in like 30 seconds."

"I had a mixed experience at the smoke shop when trying to return/exchange an LED light for my bong. Despite the policy against returns or refunds, Josh (or Blue) was understanding and attempted to assist us. Unfortunately, as he wasn't the manager, he couldn't override the policy. Overall, a four-star review, with potential for five if there's more flexibility in resolving customer issues. EDIT: While I understand and respect the no return or exchange policy, my frustration stemmed from the lack of flexibility during negotiations with store employees. Only Josh showed empathy and understanding, which made a significant difference in our experience."

"I see so many people complaining this store sucks, but it's not true, so many ignorant reviewers complaining about broken products and cant return them, NEWS FLASH YOU NEED A RECEIPT. Second there attitudes arent the problem its the people they deal with, in a smoke shop they see hundreds of crack heads come through on a daily giving them constant problems, give them a break. Lastly reviewers complaining about there ID policy, I'm sorry there job and the fine is not worth you, you sir/ma'am are not worth there job or the hefty fine if they fail to ID, and if you dont like it move on and cry more."

"Used to love this shop because it’s a convenient location for me. But there is a female Manager there that threw a fit at her employee over placement of bubble wrap. He handled it well god bless him.. She blames everything else around her instead of taking responsibility like a manager is expected. As the customer witnessing this, I was so embarrassed to be there. I just wanted out. I’m around enough conflict every day, that’s the one place I go to relieve it, and every time I’ve gone back since, I just don’t really want to be there. Get a hold of your temper, or lose long time customers. Simple."
