I love the shop so much and have had multiple friends work at one of their locations, but not all employees are friends and helpful; let alone friendly. Justin must be going through something because he is unhappy individual now that we are three for three on pleasant interactions. He has his Reasons I’m sure, life can be life outside of work, and put you down. But when a customer asks a question about your products, the expectation is that you at least respond. "I really like going here because the staff is normally very helpful and fun to talk to. I always get two to three disposable vapes at a time when I stop by. Yesterday I picked up two Orion Bar disposable vapes. I opened one in the car on my way to work and it was great. Fast forward to last night when I did end up opening the other since my back up died. Took the first pull and it wouldn't stop going. A little weird so when I went back today to exchange it. I tried to explain what happened I was told that because I had left the store there was nothing they could do. THAT is ridiculous! So not only are you not going to stand behind the products you sell but also expect a person to open multiple vapes at a time in store and try all of them before stepping outside. No. I'll be talking my business elsewhere from now on. The customer service I received today was subpar and I personally don't want to support a company who won't stand behind their products."
