"I really feel the need to warn people about this place. I came here for the first time a few months ago for a lip flip. I waited in the reception area for nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time, during which time no one was manning the reception area, I was never greeted nor given an explanation for the delay. I went ahead with the appointment anyway, the experience was fine enough and I enjoyed the result of my lip flip so I brushed the negative initial impression off. I have been wanting to get the procedure done again and I called today to schedule this. I told the woman I wanted to schedule a lip flip, and she immediately started pressuring me to get fillers because “they last longer.” I don’t care how long they last. I already have decent volume and I prefer the look of a lip flip to fillers, and she should know the difference in the two procedures. First red flag. I explained I was only interested in a lip flip and her tone immediately changed and she had an extreme attitude with me the rest of the conversation. She told me they require a 20 unit minimum for Botox now which she said was a new policy. Second red flag. I should be able to only purchase the amount of units required for this procedure (and I was able to the first time) which is usually around 6. Next she goes on a spiel about the four packages of “banks” they have available ranging from $700 to $3000. I’m not interested in “banking” any Botox. I respectfully told her that I didn’t feel I was ready to commit to this, and she became incredibly rude and condescending, asking “what exactly aren’t you ready to commit to… I mean you like the procedure don’t you??? Why would you not want to just have the units at a discounted price if you’re going to keep getting it done.” I hung up on her at this point because I wasn’t going to continue to be treated like this by someone clearly so desperate for money. Med spa chains like LaserAway and Ideal Image are not properly educated nor do they care about you as a patient. All they care about is how much money they can milk out of you and if you aren’t a person that spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars with them they treat you like some poor piece of trash. My preference to not “bank Botox” is NOT a reflection of my financial situation which they would know if they actually treated people with decency and conducted business in an honest way. Unfortunately they will never see ANY business from me again and I will be warning all the women I know to stay far away from here. Operating on a commission based structure which they clearly do is NOT the right way to run this business. Pressuring people to spend tons of money and get procedures they aren’t interested in makes you look incredibly unprofessional and desperate and shows me that you clearly don’t care about your patients best interest. Do better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
