They gave me honest advice and after visiting a few clinics, I knew this office and Dr. Sharp were different. "This morning I called to ask for a quote on a procedure. The receptionist was professional, but told me it was their policy to not ever give any estimates on procedures. To obtain a mere estimate, I would have to come in for a 127 dollar consultation. As a hardworking school teacher and homeowner trying to take care of myself and my family, that policy is disheartening at the core. Apparently, this no quote policy is in place because some folks had come back and compared quotes. Seriously? So avoiding the slight inconvenience that comes with running a business justifies leaving potential clients powerless to make informed decisions about their finances and health? Periodontal procedures cost thousands of dollars. Imagine if we had to buy a car that way? Well, these folks that make six figures a year just cannot be inconvenienced with a quote comparison! This is the sort of policy that eats away at human health and dignity like periodontal disease at bone. Please have a heart and reconsider this inhumane policy. The next clinic I called kindly gave me some ballpark quotes and I will be recommending their services to the many people I encounter in my line of work."
