"Jeffrey (pharmacy assistant) and Ida pharmacist lie about when critical prescriptions will arrive. Refuse to investigate. Refuse to coordinate. Then admit they are untrustworthy and tell you to use other better pharmacies. They also hang up on you. Criminally incompetent."

"This location is NOT a vaccine or testing location. I scheduled a appt online to get tested on 8/12/2021 @3:30 pm using the drive-thru option. Received an email confirming my appt. I show up at the appt and the pharmacy has closed with a sign that says closed till further notice. I go inside the store and I am told that indeed the pharmacy is closed and I am not able to get tested. Nobody seemed to care that they are still accepting appts online at that location as I currently write this. I called 1-800-Walgreens they didn't care either. Does Walgreens not take this pandemic seriously? Do they even care about people's health? I now have to wait additional 24 hrs before I can get another appt with a different company. You are failing right now Walgreens. This is life and death."
