"This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all areas of customer service. It started out by Alexandra arriving an hour and a half late to our scheduled appointment. I was unable to get ahold of her and neither was the building manager for over an hour. After finally getting ahold of her she said she thought the appointment was scheduled for an earlier time but never apologized after I showed her the confirmation email she sent me with the date and time. After the appointment she accidentally and admittedly over charged my card. I have now been trying to get my money back for 3 months but she is now ghosting me and refusing to refund my money. If you are looking for a professional and someone who respects their client’s time and money I recommend you not book with Thelittleink shop/Alexandra."
