"Management needs to have a conversation with the employees who worked front end tonight. Cashier's and self checkout. I made eye contact with at least six employees with a full cart. There wasn't one lane open. There were two employees having a conversation at a lane that they had blocked off. I'm pretty sure I saw a manager also as I was stacking my groceries on the floor because there wasn't enough room for my 300 dollar order at self check out. Monday may 8th at 8:30pm there was a line out of the self checkout lane also, with at least one of the cards being a large order like mine as well..."
