"Wanted to bring a couple friends for some small tattoos. Knowing it was near the end of the day, I called in advance to see if they were available. They said yes, so I took their word. Drove straight there as soon as I got off the ohone, just to be turned away at the door. The girl gave me attitude about it being close to closing time, even though SHE was the one who said they were available. Previously had good experiences here, but if this is the type of people they hire now, I'm not coming back. Tip: if someone is going to be responsible for taking calls for the shop, make sure they're competent."
